Task
A dynamically developing factory for the production of high-quality sausages and deli meats ordered a compact nitrogen generator to create an inert atmosphere when packaging products. The key requirements were to place the entire generator in a small cabinet and to reliably supply nitrogen at the right concentration.
Solution
AGS supplied the customer with nitrogen generator АВС-10А. It belongs to the most compact series of MINI generators - all its systems are located in a compact housing, reliably protected from accidental or unauthorized entry. All AGS generators have a Concentration Set Module installed as standard, thanks to which the customer is guaranteed to receive gas of a given purity. The generator reaches the set parameters in automatic mode, warns the operator about emergencies and automatically turns off the gas supply in the event of a drop in concentration.
