Task
An enterprise specializing in the production of products from high-strength and wear-resistant steels and other metals ordered a stationary nitrogen station to ensure the operation of a metal laser cutting machine. An important condition of the customer was the possibility of adjusting the purity of the gas and the performance of the station.
Solution
AGS has designed and supplied a nitrogen station with the ability to quickly switch between four main operating modes: 99.99% / 99.95% / 99.9% / 99.5% with a capacity of 80 to 170 Nm3/h. In the photo, the station during the passage of a full cycle of factory tests. All equipment manufactured by AGS undergoes fine tuning and strict quality control before shipment to the customer.
