Task
As part of the technical of the hazardous production facility re-equipment, design, production and entry into service of a block modular nitrogen station for the technological needs of the solvent recovery site. Location of the installation on the place of the previously used cryogenic equipment with the equipment connection to the existing engineering networks.
Solution
Our specialists have implemented a technical solution based on a 30-foot container. The process line for the production of nitrogen gas includes the following main equipment: Atlas Copco screw compressor, Atlas Copco refrigerator dehumidifier, ABC-140A nitrogen adsorption generator, RV-900-1,6 compressed air and nitrogen process receivers, RV-20-1,6 compressed nitrogen storing receivers, as well as a condensate purification system. The automation system is implemented on the basis of the Siemens S7-1200 controller with a local 9 " Touch Screen operator panel. The automatic control system controls the plant parameters with the transmission of information about the state of the equipment to the automated control system of the upper level.
