Task
Design and manufacture a barrel-modular station to produce 99% nitrogen gas. The system should have two technological threads in one unit: working and standby. Switching to the backup thread is fully automatic.
Solution
Nitrogen station of membrane type in modular block design was proposed. The unit includes two production lines based on Alup compressors and Medal membrane modules. The station control system is based on Siemens controllers and has a 12 "toch Siemens panel. An automatic aerosol fire extinguishing system and burglar alarm are mounted in the unit.
