Screw compressor

Compresses ambient air and supplies nitrogen to the generator. Most often, a compressor with a maximum pressure of 10 bar is used for nitrogen stations.

Compressed air dryer

Intended for removing moisture from compressed air. In a nitrogen plant, depending on the product nitrogen quality requirements, either a refrigerated dehumidifier with a dew point of up to +3 °C, or an adsorption dehumidifier with a dew point of up to -70 °C can be used.

Buffer air receiver

It is necessary to equalize pressure fluctuations before air is supplied to the nitrogen generator.

Filtration system

Intended for removing residual moisture, oil and solid particles after the compressor.

Adsorption nitrogen generator

Air separation unit, working on the technology of pressure swing adsorption. The generator can produce nitrogen from 95% to 99.9999% concentration

Storing receiver for nitrogen

It is necessary to equalize pressure fluctuations after the generator, as well as to create a nitrogen reserve before gas supply to the consumer.
