Task
AGS was tasked with designing and manufacturing a 12,000 m3/h hot regeneration compressed air adsorption dryer using steam as a heat source to heat the regeneration air unit.
Solution
Our experts have calculated the main parameters of the adsorption dryer with the operating parameters required by the customer. As the main source of heat, we used a plate heat exchanger into one cavity of which steam is supplied and regeneration air into the other. The dehumidifier comes with an electric heater as a backup. The regeneration air source is a high pressure blower.
