Task
Design and deliver a block-modular nitrogen station according to an individual project with reduced dimensions. Provide an accounting unit and flow limits for three lines. The station is made with a full automation system.
Solution
A station was built on the basis of an adsorption nitrogen generator mounted in a 2.5 x 2.5 meter container. The compressed air preparation system is implemented on the basis of an Alup compressor with an integrated refrigeration dryer. The automation system is implemented on the Siemens S7-1200 controller. The metering and flow restriction unit is implemented on pneumatics SMC (Japan).
