Task
Design, manufacture and commission a modular nitrogen station for the degassing of ammonia tanks. Place the unit directly in the liquid ammonia warehouse, taking into account the aggressiveness of the operating environment. Calculate and install a nitrogen gas heater to 140 ° C.
Solution
We have implemented a technical solution based on two blocks: the "Nitrogen" block box — it was implemented on two AGS GN-750 nitrogen generators with a capacity of 750 m3 / h each, mounted in one block box with compressed air receivers. “Compressor” block box - two Atlas Copco GA 160+ compressors are mounted in it, one of which is frequency-controlled. The automation system is implemented on the basis of the Siemens s7-1200 controller with a local 9 " Touch Screen operator panel. The automation system allows the station to be operated fully in automatic mode without the presence of an operator. Maintenance of the given station parameters is fully automatic.
